The Hon’ble Chief Justice of the Delhi High Court had created the Intellectual Property Division (“IPD”) in the Delhi High Court to deal with matters relating to Intellectual Property Rights (“IPR”). The Delhi High Court has now published Rules to deal with the matters listed before it’s IPD.
